Replaceable modules, explicit contracts

Each component family defines inputs, outputs, timing, allowable states, uncertainty, failure behavior, safety authority, configuration identity, and validation evidence. This lets the architecture evolve without pretending that every subsystem is equally mature.

Status: first component-family registry. Boundary: public function partitions only; no bill of materials, geometry, firmware, or fabrication recipe is disclosed.
