A textile-drying research platform combining acoustic moisture mobilization, controlled drum motion, airflow extraction, mist separation, condensate handling and low-temperature finishing.

Safety Architecture

Interlocks, warnings and safe-state behavior

Occupancy prohibition

No person or animal may enter or remain inside; start is occupancy-inhibited.

Door / motion interlock

Door state inhibits drum motion, blower test and acoustic drive as appropriate.

Moisture separator protection

Liquid must be removed before sensitive blower/electronics zones.

Condensate fault detection

High liquid level or blocked drain pauses the process.

Airflow verification

Acoustic assist cannot continue if required extraction airflow is lost.

Thermal limits

Fabric, transducer, driver and blower temperatures are monitored.

Impedance / acoustic fault

Unexpected loading causes immediate derating or shutdown.
