How Sonic Textile Dryer Works

A public-facing functional explanation. It deliberately omits production transducer count, exact placement, wiring, mounting geometry, detailed reservoir dimensions and proprietary control parameters.

Functional Sequence

Five-stage conceptual cycle

Sense

Measure load, moisture and mechanical state.

Mobilize

Use validated acoustic mechanism to release moisture.

Separate

Route mist-laden air through demister / separator concept.

Extract

Centrifugal blower moves air through controlled pressure path.

Finish

End on moisture target; drain/recover condensate and cool load.

What the public sees

System-level modules

Acoustic Treatment

Zoned energy delivery with product-specific operating limits.

Fluid / Mist

Only the amount and form of moisture required for that product's coupling strategy.

Air / Recovery

Extraction, separation, filtration and drying paths as required.

Sensors / Controls

Real-time monitoring constrains the product to its approved operating state.

3D CAD Definition — Future Engineering Layer

What detailed design will eventually lock

Overall envelope

Installation width, height, depth, clearances and service zones.

Structural architecture

Sheet-metal/composite panels, bends, stiffeners, doors, seals and isolation.

Electromechanical packaging

Drivers, power supplies, sensors, blowers, pumps, valves and harness routing.

Service interfaces

Filters, reservoir access, condensate/drain paths and replaceable modules.

Safety Before Performance

Operating permissions are conditional

Occupancy prohibition

No person or animal may enter or remain inside; start is occupancy-inhibited.

Door / motion interlock

Door state inhibits drum motion, blower test and acoustic drive as appropriate.

Moisture separator protection

Liquid must be removed before sensitive blower/electronics zones.

Condensate fault detection

High liquid level or blocked drain pauses the process.

Airflow verification

Acoustic assist cannot continue if required extraction airflow is lost.

Thermal limits

Fabric, transducer, driver and blower temperatures are monitored.

Impedance / acoustic fault

Unexpected loading causes immediate derating or shutdown.

Lint / debris monitoring

Filter restriction and service condition are tracked.

Service calibration empty-only

Engineering modes require empty chamber and maintenance state.

Experimental sensing or future high-sensitivity sensor modules do not override the occupancy/interlock architecture. Any diagnostic or calibration mode that has not been explicitly validated for occupied operation remains inhibited when people or animals are detected.
