Temporal State Topology asks whether coordinate separation fully describes which physical states can become causally accessible—or whether deeper connectivity matters.

From Movement to Connectivity

The familiar time-highway metaphor assumes a traveler moves along a preexisting temporal road. TST instead asks whether engineering could alter which states count as adjacent under the complete physical architecture.

Coordinate Separation

Two states may carry different temporal labels without a physically available path between them.

Causal Accessibility

A path exists only when geometry, topology, causal order, boundary conditions, and physical resources permit influence or transit.

State Authenticity

Past access must be distinguished from reconstruction, simulation, replay, branch counterpart, or postselected inference.

Minimum Scientific Requirements

Formal State Space

Define states, adjacency, path classes, metrics, topology, and allowed transformations.

Classical Limit

Recover relativity, proper time, ordinary causality, quantum probability, and no-signaling in validated regimes.

Unique Prediction

Predict a measurable result not already produced by general relativity, quantum theory, topology, or ordinary information channels.

Falsification

Specify a sensitivity range in which a null result rules out the proposed coupling or realization.

Status: Temporal State Topology is a proposed synthesis and research program. No macroscopic nonordinary temporal-access effect has been demonstrated.
