The remembered platform used multiple process chambers arranged around a central wafer-transfer environment. The portfolio rendering is representative: it shows the five-chamber cluster architecture, central robotics, gas boxes, distributed gas lines, and process-kit context without reconstructing proprietary geometry.

Engineering work

  • Designed and integrated new gas lines supplying sputter/etch process chambers.
  • Supported gas-distribution boxes used to meter and regulate multiple process gases.
  • Worked on chamber seals, interfaces, wiring, harness routing, vacuum diagrams, and service connections.
  • Supported process-kit development with quartz and vacuum-compatible high-temperature materials.
  • Coordinated with quartz and precision-manufacturing suppliers to improve material definition.

Configuration-control leadership

  • Identified extensive manufacturing redlines that were not reaching Engineering.
  • Brought Engineering leadership and Manufacturing leadership together.
  • Included the gas-line supplier so corrected information reached the vendor baseline.
  • Helped reconcile as-designed, as-built, and supplier documentation.
