What the work involved

  • Created and organized cable and conduit routing for the EFV interior, including alternative methods for hanging and attaching cable assemblies.
  • Designed brackets, P-clamp assemblies, and a cable-tray array to resolve routing and system-level interference while improving cable management.
  • Cleaned and prepared Pro/Cabling models for release and organized harness-assembly information and product-structure data.
  • Performed cable-assembly weight analysis using Pro/Engineer Modelcheck / Mass Properties and supported top-level vehicle integration with Teamcenter Mockup.
  • Coordinated connectors, flexible parts, routing hardware, and vehicle-level interfaces with the engineering team for controlled integration.

Portfolio highlights

  • Vehicle-level cable and conduit routing
  • Pro/Cabling model cleanup and release support
  • Cable trays, brackets and P-clamp strategies
  • Harness information / product-structure organization
  • Cable mass-property and top-level integration support
