100% from-scratch physical layout

Evan Coffield created the complete mechanical and electromechanical arrangement shown—from the structural chassis and stacked circuit assemblies to the heat-management hardware, RF connector panel and internal component routing. This claim refers to the physical product layout and packaging, not unverified ownership of every underlying RF circuit design.

What the layout involved

  • Established the complete transmitter packaging architecture from a clean starting point.
  • Located circuit boards, RF modules, standoffs, heat sinks, structural rails and interface plates.
  • Organized multiple coaxial connector interfaces at the front panel.
  • Integrated copper thermal hardware and internal routing around sensitive electronic assemblies.
  • Balanced packaging density with access, support, cooling and assembly requirements.

Portfolio strengths

  • Original physical architecture
  • RF electromechanical packaging
  • Thermal-path integration
  • Connector and interface layout
  • Complex internal component coordination

The high-resolution image was rebuilt from Evan's supplied CAD reference. It preserves the recognizable product architecture while omitting dimensions, frequencies, power levels, schematics, proprietary circuit information and build instructions.

Architecture

Established the physical organization of the transmitter as one coherent electromechanical system.

Thermal packaging

Coordinated heat sinks and conductive paths with densely arranged RF and electronic hardware.

Interface control

Located external RF connections and internal assemblies so structure, routing and service access worked together.
