DreamShield
DreamShield is the architecture layer that places the dreamer ahead of spectacle, research, engagement, and commerce.

What this layer contributes.
DreamStream public pages describe roles, boundaries, and user protections without publishing proprietary implementation details.
Capture ≠ replay
Recording permission does not automatically grant permission to reconstruct or view.
Replay ≠ truth
Reconstruction must remain labeled as reconstruction, especially where AI gap-fill is present.
TraumaLock
High-risk content can be restricted, reduced, deferred, or routed into supervised review concepts.
Sensory safety filter
The architecture rejects raw replay of dangerous distress impressions as an entertainment feature.
Shared-link isolation
One participant’s permissions never become another participant’s automatic access rights.
Cooldown + recovery
Safe wake, time limits, recovery intervals, lockouts, and human intervention are part of the base design.
Five visible stages.
The operating path is intentionally legible so the user can understand where control, uncertainty, and intervention enter the system.
Enough to understand the system—not enough to expose the implementation.
Consistent imagery for engineering and narrative continuity.
Renderings support concept communication, books, scripts, and future CGI development while remaining separate from validation claims.
