Architecture Notes

What defines this branch

Cleaning concept

Zoned acoustic cleaning combined with load redistribution, limited fluid coupling, filtration and optional chemistry assist.

Load challenge

Folds, seams, pockets and mixed fabrics create acoustic shadowing; the architecture assumes scanning / adaptive exposure over time.

Mechanical motion

Rotational or redistributive motion is retained as a way to expose surfaces rather than depending on instantaneous field penetration.

Fabric protection

Material classification, bounded amplitude/duty and thermal monitoring are required before product claims can be released.

Public-IP boundary

Exact transducer placement, load maps, control algorithms and resonant tuning remain protected engineering content.

Functional Field Concept

Controlled energy, not brute force

Target Zone
Concept visualization only — field shape, emitter count, phase map and exact geometry intentionally not disclosed.
Packaging Study

Subsystem packaging — concept only

Sonic Textile Washer engineering packaging study

Public rendering only. Final component selection, mounting, harness routing, acoustic interfaces and production construction remain controlled engineering data.

Occupancy / safety boundary

Hard occupancy prohibition. Door, foreign-object, fluid/coupling, thermal and acoustic fault logic must inhibit unsafe operation.
