Autonomous Navigation & Mobility

RTK/GNSS, vision, LiDAR, inertial sensing, terrain awareness and safe path planning for machines operating from lawns to large farms.

Maturity Commercial foundation / terrain-specialized expansion

Architecture role

Agricultural autonomy must navigate uneven terrain, crop rows, terraces, orchards, people, animals, mud, dust and changing field boundaries without depending on a perfect road-like environment.

Core capabilities

  • RTK/GNSS and inertial localization for open-field operation.
  • Vision, LiDAR and radar fusion for obstacle and terrain awareness.
  • Row following, headland turns, slope limits and terrace-specific path planning.
  • Geofenced missions with speed and tool restrictions by operating zone.
  • Safe-stop and recovery behavior when localization confidence falls below limits.

Aurora design direction

Aurora scales one navigation philosophy across AG-2 through AG-8, but not one mechanical chassis. Small home units emphasize close-range perception and conservative motion; field systems add RTK, long-range sensing and fleet coordination.
